Founded by Henry Torres in 2002, The Astor Companies is a full-service real estate development firm based in Miami.Astor has been a pioneering developer throughout its history, identifying emerging and untapped Miami neighborhoods like Little Havana, The Roads and South Miami‚ among others.
Since its beginning, Astor has defined real estate success to reflect its high-quality product, smart locations and long-term value proposition. The company focuses on one project at a time, as opposed to institutional developers who treat condominiums like commodities.
One of Astor‚ signature early projects was Brickell Vista, which was completed in West Brickell during a time when development focused solely on Brickell Avenue. Today, Brickell Vista is in the middle of a dynamic and populous area.
On the heels of that success, Astor leveraged the same philosophy to deliver transformative projects such as Gateway in the Grove in Coconut Grove, Valencia in South Miami, Nordica in The Roads, Douglas Enclave and INTown in Little Havana and Merrick Manor in Coral Gables. Astor developments consistently serve as a catalyst for the future growth of neighborhoods and generate outstanding value for early buyers. In total, Astor has developed more than 1,100 condominiums and nearly 500 rental apartments in Florida, Georgia and Louisiana.
The firm is currently expanding its Enclave brand with Havana Enclave, which is under construction in Little Havana, while also developing luxury waterfront condominium project ONE Fort Myers on Florida's West Coast. Astor also completed a build-to-suit location for Navarro Discount Pharmacy in Miami.

ONE Fort Myers, a luxurious boutique condominium project in the Downtown River District of Fort Myers. Astor is developing the 34-unit waterfront building in partnership with JAXI Builders. ONE features two, three and four-bedroom condos and amenities on par with what is offered at high-end resorts. Currently in development and slated for completion in end of 2027.


Astor's latest finished project Douglas Enclave, an attainable housing project in Miami. The 11-story, 199-unit building offers a mix of affordable and workforce units to help address the city’s need for such housing. Douglas Enclave was completed in 2024.
A new Navarro Discount Pharmacy located at 2120 SW 32nd Ave. in Miami. Astor successfully completed the build-to-suit development for Navarro and continues to own the building and underlying land.”


Merrick Manor, a 227-residence luxury building located steps from the Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables. It is the city’s largest completed condominium development in more than a decade.
InTown, a pair of 15-story towers with 312 units located in the heart of Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood.


Nordica, an 18-story building with 128 residences that was the first luxury development in Miami’s historic “The Roads” neighborhood.
Valencia, a distinctively colorful building with 301 luxury residences in South Miami.


Gateway to the Grove, a leading-edge property that expanded Coconut Grove living beyond the townhouse and duplex standard. The building includes 60 residences and ground-floor retail and office space.
Brickell Vista, a boutique condominium building that proved to be a catalyst for West Brickell and Little Havana.
